It’s now the 45th day of the community quarantine. We’ve now been trying to comply (with mixed results) with the stay-at-home order for the past 1.5 months.

But it’s still not as bad as in other places. I can still go out as long as I have a “quarantine pass” and it’s for necessities (food and medicine). It can get tough at times, but still not on the level of “tough” that a lot of other people are experiencing right now.

I already took out the battery from the camera since I don’t think I’ll be able to use it for a while. For now, I’m just catching up on some things and trying to keep myself occupied.

Cafe Rouault

A nice cafe we visited during my first night in Tokyo back in 2018. Cafe Rouault’s coffee’s good and the cheesecake’s great- not too sweet and just right.

The place is small but comfy. There weren’t too many people when we went, just a couple of people hanging out and studying. The people behind the cafe, an old couple, were very friendly.

Cafe Rouault is right across Tokyo University (〒113-0033 東京都文京区本郷6丁目1−14)
